Hey I know this my be the answer no but it’s worth a shot asking. Is there anyway you can send me the new Microsoft pro laptop thing to test and and to un box it and review it and then once I’m done email it back. Like make it like a sponsorship or something

FTC finds YouTube network guilty of deceptive Xbox One advertising

First of all, all companies do this. That's what a sponsorship is for, to promote the product. However, the ones at fault here are Machinima, not Microsoft. In my MCN, they specifically state that all promotional offers must be disclosed in the description.

Secondly, while these promotions do exist, it does not mean that the YouTuber is doing anything shady. He/she may legitimately like the product and is simply taking advantage of Microsoft's offer. I know if I came across an offer for a game I've played, I sure as hell would take advantage.

But sir I just want the sponsorship give me once a chance then see wat I can do I will promote Xbox for sure and if I get on rare occasions also I have no issue.

Hi there,

With any company that does sponsorships, you'll have submit it to the right department and include all the pertinent information including showing what benefit the company will receive (Return On Investment). Every company has different submission requirements
so you'll want to do make sure to do your homework before final submission. Often times an online search for "[Company] Sponsorship requirements" will get you the info you need.

Something else to think about, it's often easier to get sponsorships from smaller companies first and as a reputation builds it's easier to attract larger companies.
