    Hi, i got an Xbox One X a little bit ago and Far Cry 5 since i saw the microsoft rewards promotions about those two products. I was wondering how i could redeem those promotions to grab those points. Thanks

    I signed up for Gold and have yet to receive code for Ryse like promised...

    Did you buy the promotion or did you use a prepaid code?

    If you used a prepaid code that would be why you must buy the promotion in the dashboard

    Prepaid codes conditions are at the point of sale not redemption

    Meaning any promotion is based on whatever you got with the card not dashboard promotions

    If it's the free pass for signing up to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    If it was from a promotion seen on the dashboard, you would need to post in the sales and promotions forum.

    In most dashboard deals it will state autorenewal will bebturned on or you need to purchase this promotion
