    I bought the 3 months Xbox Gold live this past June during the E3 promo to get 3 months free with it. On the purchase page, it said that I'll get my free code within 10 days but its been weeks and there has been nothing. I have talked to 5 different Microsoft
    agents who couldn't help me and I got an email to post here from Microsoft today.

    I have spent many hours trying to resolve this and I have not been able to play on live due to this. I am a big XBox fan and recently got my Xbox One. I just want what I paid for.

    From 15th of January the promotion when you buy 3 months of gold membership and get 3 months of gold free is up. So I want to ask is this promotion region restricted? do I get 3 months free if I buy 3 month gold subscription? I live in Czech republic

    I purchased a 3-month subscription of Xbox Live Gold through the Xbox under a promotion you offered (see link below), and have not received my free code, for an additional three months free. I waited to contact you until 3/16, as the promotion said the
    code would be sent by 3/15. It has not arrived, and today is 3/16. How do we remedy this situation?

    I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
    reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.

    What Gold promotion did you see? Is there a link? Did you buy a card in a store?

    I've heard of Rocket League being offered free with a Gold subscription, but not Minecraft (as far as I know).
    The offer was available only on Xbox one. No link. Buy 3 months gold through the ad and get Minecraft or buy 12 months and get the extra skin pack or something like that.
