    Hi,

    I wonder if purchase of any game released in Feb (I am not talking about pre-order but purchasing game after release) are counted for the promotion, Add a Star to your MyVIP'. For example, Halo Wars 2 is going to be released on feb.16, so if I buy it on
    feb.20, is that counted for the promotion I mentioned above?

    Hi,

    I have promotion called 'Add a Star to your MyVip' in which, if I purchase $175 worth of games, I can get additional star level for rankup. So I purchased anarcute($14.99), resident evil 7($59.99), and dishonored 2($59.99) on Feb.1 and it's been more than
    96hours but they are not still counted to progress bar. I wonder what is going on.

    Promotion of 'Add a Star to your MyVIP'

    Since the game would have been released before the 20th, it will count towards your VIP level since it is no longer a preorder. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. So anything else you purchase will.
