    Promotion disappeared from my cart


    Yesterday I had the gears of war bundle with ac: unity and rainbow six siege as my free game in my cart at work. I did not have the right information to buy it at work and by the time I got off and got home I went straight to bed. I woke up this morning
    and it was gone from my cart. I understand the promotion is over, but I had it in my cart and just needed to check out this morning. Is there any way to recover this? Thanks for your time and have a good day!

    You would need to try contacting customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if they can do anything. Since the promotion is over, it may no longer be possible.

    There is not currently a promotion running from the Xbox Live Reward program that offers a free game with a hardware purchase. Those run through Microsoftstore.com and the staff here would be unable to assist you.

    Having said that, I personally just went to Microsoftstore.com, selected a console (Battlefield 1 edition), and when I "added to cart" and on the very next page it said "Pick a free game" and there is a list of 6 titles to choose from. You select a title
    and it adds to cart for $0.00.

    If for some reason that does not work for you then you would have to contact Microsoft store support as it is their promotion.

    I had same problem went to microsoft and added it to my cart then viewed it from the cart, I was able to pre order it from there.

    400 MSP, and im out of ideas.

    Points you purchase do not expire but points received from promotions can. I had 100 plus reward points disappear from my account while it was locked down. I figured they expired due to not being used.

    As said, MSP do not disappear, you paid for them, and they are yours to keep until spent! The only points that disappear after a certain time period are promotion points. You will have to read the rules for the promotion on that though as the expirations
    vary.
