    Promoting Child Account


    I am 18 years old and I am unable to promote my account to an adult account. My legal age is on my account and it should let me be able to promote it, however it must be glixed because it should calculate that I am above 18 but it does not. Please help
    me

    If you're on a child account, you have to have parental settings. The only way to remove them is to promote your account to a child account. You can only promote your account if the age on your account is 18 or older.
