Promo for Groove never received!

Hi,

I contacted MS Support and they finally directed me here. I signed up for a trial of Groove with the promise of 2 months extra free but never received any emails or tokens to try out.

Can you help - I've already paid for April's sub but need to know can I receive this email?

I signed up for the Free 4 month Groove music promotion for black friday:

I have the same issue though i cancelled auto renew knowing i would receive the 3 month promo code now my trial has expired. my case number is [Mod Removed]. I have chatted with a quite a few support specialists the whole day in regards
to this issue.
