    Promo codes for pre-ordering Rainbow Six: Siege


    [table][tr][td]I reserved a copy of Rainbow Six Siege and received my promo codes for Vegas1/Vegas2. I wanted to wait for the backwards compatibility to use them so I could play them on the xbox one. However when I went to redeem the codes the promo messages/codes were no longer in my que. I contacted Microsoft support which in turn sent me to ubisoft support and from the message below you can see their response. I am just looking to retrieve the codes for the two above games. Thank you for your time.     I bougth the Rainbow Six Siege in Pre-order, but until now a not receive my promo code for Rainbow SiX Vegas 1 & 2 for use in retrocompability on Xbox one.

    Promotion Details: Buying the Rainbow Six Siege in pre-order you won a promo code to download rainbow six vegas 1 & 2.

    Date of Purchase: 30 september, 2015

    Promo Item(s): I do not receive the codes to download Rainbow Six Vegas 1 & 2 for use on XboxOne.

    I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

    I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
    exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

    I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
