    I have a Games Pass Ultimate subscription but got a three month code with my new phone. It turns out Samsung say I have to set up a new Microsoft account to be able to use the code. Is there a way around this? Just seems a real pain. Thank you.

    Try it on the account you already have. If it will only work for new accounts, you'll get an error message. What Samsung gives is probably jusy default directions.

    yep, mine was a promo code from samsung that came with the mogaX controller. its supposed to be redeemed through the xbox game pass app, that doesn't work, and nor via Microsoft.com/redeem, as per the email containing the code
