    On November 1st 2015 I preordered fallout 4 but was neglected to receive my fallout 3 promo code if anyone could possibly retrieve that code for me I would be most grateful....

    Note: I recently found out about this offer and was excited so I dug through my email to only be disappointed that one such item had never been recieved

    If you pre-ordered the game before its released. You should have indeed received a promotional code. However xbox messages are only valid for 30 days upon receiving them. So if you just checked your inbox recently, then you won't really be able to see the
    message anymore. But no worries as you've gone on the right place. The official support on this forums can recover your deleted messages then get the code if you did receive one. Just wait for them to respond on this thread.
