Promo Ad still up but cannot purschase

Yesterday I was viewing the Windows App Store for Xbox

It still shows for the first ad in the slideshow Call of Duty: IW Legacy + Destiny - Collection Bundle

I have been tossed around to 4 different agents telling me to go to this and that person in which I have and they send me back to the same site to click the same support option.

I have discussed the issue multiple times. I was very happy to be able to afford that bundle for $109 as I have recently over the past year become disabled and stuck at home when not at the doctors. All I wanted was to purchased these games for this great
deal and download and play.

I have spent over 2 hours being in pain and also very frustrated with no answers just to go to someone else blah blah. Now as this is where I was last sent I hope it is the last. Though I was told the offer was no longer available and only certain management
can over look this now.

I have worked in retail for 10 years and if someone is still being advertised it is up to the company to sell the product for said price or something equal to it. These are not limited items but only a limited bundle so said price changes could still be
done.

I believe after all of this I should be compensated more above this deal for the lack of support 4 agents have given even though I told them which way I was trying to purchase this product and what store was advertising it.

It is a dashboard promo. There is no guarantee that it will appear for you, but keep an eye on the promo and ad spots.

 

Freeze

just today I have a problem with the ad freezing up. Once I got an ad I cannot go any further. I restarted my android and still have the problem

 

Holy crap Microsoft you have horrible support I've seen you reply back to several other threads since this one has been posted. Nice to see how you pick and choose which topics to reply to.

May just contact the news in my area and see you answer them.

Addressing your second point first. We answer threads in order that they come in on a rolling 24 hour period. So things posted on 1/3/17 will be answered on 1/4/17. Hence why we are answering other threads that are within our response window. We also work

Now as far as your question goes - As forums staff, we are unable to adjust pricing of items on the store. Unfortunately once a sale has ended, there is no way for the content price to be readjusted or changed.
