    Promised $30 gift card but didn’t give any


    I purchased a xbox one x from Microsoft and sales rep told me i will receive a $30 gift card email once i have purchased. It has been a 19 days and i did not get any. I called Microsoft support a few times and they are not even able to varify my purchase.
    I have my receipts and yet they could not help. I am very disappointed because i was promised something and did not get it.

    be sure to check if the currency amount isn't showing at: Sign in to your Microsoft account

    If it isn't showing there then best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    Gift card didn’t work

    Earlier today,I tried to redeem an Xbox One giftcard for $25.It was all going fine until I tried to redeem it.It was redeeming it,but suddenly it stopped and said the card was already redeemed,even though it wasn’t.It didn’t let me redeem it at all,and the
    money didn’t go to any other account.I don’t know if it was a glitch,a bug or even a hack,but I am pretty disappointed.

    Ive been given two gift cards what happens to the remainder if I want to use it for two games?

    Hello, I got given them as Xbox gift card, but when I try to pay on the Xbox it didn’t give me a Microsoft account payment option? Just my card/paypal/redeem voucher or Apple Pay? But if I use the £100 to buy say modern warfare what will happen to the remainder £30 ? If it’s just using the voucher code not Microsoft balance ?

    wrong amount for year subscription promotion

    its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.
