project spark starter pack refund not been credited yet

i was told by support to post this up here, on Friday i got a message from xbox live telling me that project spark is shutting down and that i will receive $20 for buying the starter pack. i have checked with support and they told me it take 30 - 60 days
to be credited when the game be closed down in may, but also they can be a delay in this matter as well. i have to keep checking and keep people updated on this matter.

Any word on whether this will get some sort of physical starter pack release ala Killer Instinct, Overwatch or Project Spark?

Hey dude i am having the same issue with the starter pack on this game.

I had the same problem last week and it seemed to happen a day after project spark got an update. It however fixed a day later on its own. So project spark got yet another update this week and yet again same pack is missing again.

It only seems to be effecting my starter pack which i got in the xbox marketplace. The content i have in this game from the ingame marketplace works fine.

really annoying because the level i am making becomes absolutely locked to me when this happens.

The credits should have actually been given within 30-60 days of May 13, but some people are just now getting the email. So you may have actually already had the credits deposited. If you haven't already, check
Sign in to your Microsoft account under your Order History change it to Show Refunded.

Hi there,

According to the Project Spark post about this, if you purchased Project Spark from a retailer separate from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, then you are able to get the refund, but the retailer will not provide you with them.

It says that you will be refunded in Windows Store Credit, and that it can take 30-60 days from October 5th for you to get the refund, so you should have it by now.

I've had a recent update from the Project Spark team on Twitter.

They have had some issues with the automated system and are currently working on the refunds. None have been processed yet.

I can't believe there isn't more hype for this game. It looks like it is going to be awesome in my opinion. But I have been wrong a few times.
