    when project spark servers shut down I had 20 U.S dollars given to me as a refund but once I tried to make a purchase I wasn't able to use the 20 U.S dollars and the money was taken out of my accoun.

    Hi there,

    According to the Project Spark post about this, if you purchased Project Spark from a retailer separate from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, then you are able to get the refund, but the retailer will not provide you with them.

    It says that you will be refunded in Windows Store Credit, and that it can take 30-60 days from October 5th for you to get the refund, so you should have it by now.

    I have the same problem, haven't recieved my refund. I did make my project spark purchases within the proper timeline for the refund.
