Project cars.

Anyone else found that this game is unplayable if you're using a controller? It looks superb and everything but I just can't control the cars. I've tried everything to neutralise the steering but nothing seems to work. If any one knows a way of doing it,
phase stand up.

It is simply unplayable. Microsoft should do something about it, including reimbursing those that acquired the digital version. I regret the moment I spent my hard earned money on this game.

 

Why should Microsoft do anything? It isn't their fault that a game someone else developed and published isn't playable. That is why you do research before purchasing a game, especially when you purchase digital copies.

 

Try going to the controller options and making some dead space on the accelerator and brake. Also in the car setup, you can make the steering less sensitive. You have to remember this game is considerably more responsive than Forza or any other driving game.
Don't max the throttle out until you have a long straight, brake early, and in the career mode, you can dumb down the AI's as well. It's hard to get used to, but if you stick with it and go gently with it, you may well like this game. Or it may not be your
cup of tea.
