Project cars not working

Hi, I'm trying to download the free with gold game this month and its not letting me, I'm pretty sure all i did when i downloaded Outlast last month i just pressed the free with gold (i pay monthly via direct debit so i know i have gold). If it helps its
not letting me play Outlast now at all and i get this error code saying ea access or Xbox live is out of subscription. All on the Xbox webpages it says my gamer-tag has gold membership but go to download the free with gold and it wont let me, not getting any
error messages on the console and online the webpages it'll only let me buy the game for £23.99 otherwise the tile next to it says "get gold"

Already have games on the way supporting VR on the next gen systems so MS needs to speed up development if they are working on one.

To clarify, are you having issues acquiring the game itself or installing the game after you acquire it? If you've already "purchased" the game and are having issues finding it to install, you can search for
Project Cars in the store on your Xbox One console and download it from there. This is a known issue that is being looked into.

If it's regarding purchasing, what happens when you try to purchase the game on your console?
