PROJECT CARS - Big Steering Problems

Hi everyone

I am using a normal Standard Controller and having gigantic Steering problems in fast corners or left/right combinations. The Steeringwheel doesn´t turn back, if I take a right turn followed by a left one, I turn left on the Controller but the Steering
stays right (and obviously leaves the track).

I have tried a second Controller, even went earlier and bought a brand new one but all three have the same issue. I also have set (registered) the Controllers on the Console, but my problem hasn´t been solved.

Deleting the Game and Add Ons, Powerbooting the Console, NOTHING has worked for me.

Can anyone help perhaps? I know the settings can be changed (which I have done multiple times) even tried it with Steering assist, but I can´t complete a lap without the same problem appearing on different tracks and corners.

Project cars review

Project Cars doesn't look like I would enjoy it. Project Cars looks like it is missing something that I can't place. Forza Horizon is my favorite racing game since Need for Speed Underground 2.

If I am going for racing sims, it is Forza all the way. Gran Turismo has fallen off big time in my opinion.

Does Project Cars seem legit?

Does it happen on any other games, or is it just isolated to this game?

It is really strange, it sounds like a bug with the game, but if that was the case then you would have thought a few people would be complainiga bout it... unless you've got a 'rare' bug or something

You need to change the controller settings in the option menu.

I'm on module 2,left everything as it is apart from steering sensitivity but it's entirely down to user preference.

The problem is very well known by now, a very big amount of players are having the same Issue, it´s some bug in the game forcing the players to change the Settings, but it just doesn´t feel good to drive that way The Company will get it fixed. In the
meantime I will post the way to correct it in this post seeing I can´t edit the OP.

Solution:

Set "Steering Deadzone" to 0
