    I've been playing Microsoft Soduko for a couple years. Since the game "reset" earlier this year, I've worked up to level 72. As of yesterday 9/19, all my progress and rewards disappeared, starting me over at Level 1. It remains that way today. Yes,
    I am logged in with the same XBox account I've always used.

    Yes. VIP progress is set to reset on January 1. So if you don't spend enough for level 1, you will start completely at 0. If you spend enough by January 1 to reach level 1, you will start the next year at level 1 with 0% progress.

    If you spend enough to reach the next level before January 1, you will start next year at that level. Otherwise, your progress will reset on January 1.

    Once you reach level 1, you're 50% of the way to level 2. So you would need to spend another $300. The exception is when ranks reset each year. Say you spend enough to reach level 1 before the reset on January 1. You would start the new year at level 1 and
    0% progress. You would need to spend the full $600 to maintain level 1 and reach level 2 the next year.

    Ranks reset each year (usually on September 1, but it was extended to January 1 this year). If you don't spend enough to reach the next level before the reset, you lose your progress.

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. If you spent enough for level 3 between January 1 and now, you will stay at level 3 on January 1. Any progress you have towards level 4 will be reset.
