Progress reset after update

    Progress reset after update


    My Xbox Fitness profile has been reset after today's update. I was on progress card 8 or 9, now I am back on 1.

    What can be done to fix this and get my progress back to where it was?

    All my achievement progress reset

    I have noticed that my progress was reset after applying latest console update. Let's hope that they'll fix it soon...

    "Xbox..." voice commands & OneGuide broken in last night's update?

    UPDATE: Fixed. After removing my device from the preview program and running the update, my xbox went into an endless load screen (ran 3hrs without progress. stopped it and ran for another 1hr... no progress).

    I had to go to system > reset and I'm back to normal. The reset was quick & painless (30-minutes). It kept all of my files and restored my settings after logging in with my master account.

    All systems are normal.

    I spent an hour and a bit on the line with Xbox Support. It can't be fixed.

    TU4 issues

    I have just looked over everything and basically my campaign progression, collectibles, and achievement progression got reset after the TU4 update. Everything else is fine. Is there anyone else having this issue?

    Day One Update not progressing

    Thanks everyone for your advice and words of support.

    After another 10+ hours the update still hasn't progressed beyond 60%.

    I have now reset the machine after reading the advice here and the update is now downloading again. I'll report back with an update if it works out this time round.
