    Progress not going up towards next tier


    Hi, it's still stick at 9%. I bought a game well before the 96 hour update time period and it's still st 9%. I also bought a different game and it's only been about 2 days so maybe you can look at that too just in case?

    2 missions completed today and now regarding their next tier how does it work

    Hello InsaneGhostFace,

    Your progress you have already done that completed the previous tiers is carried over as progress towards the next tier. So the 3 months you have already done is counted towards the 6 months for the next tier.

    Forza 3 Warthog not appearing in ready to install

    Still nothing in message centre... also forza hub not updating progress towards tier advancement except in the achievement category...

    Update: On Saturday my tier progress moved to 10% but it should have gone up more than that. I spent €35 on two different games.

    Hello brandiesel1,

    It sounds like you are confused about our processing times. The 96 hour period can go up to a full 96 hours processing time. This is because it takes our servers time to receive new purchase information and process it for Rewarding.
    For example, we have not yet uploaded your purchase information for your activity on the fourth to the website. Please allow up to 96 hours for a purchase to be processed. You should see the remaining 2% for that purchase shortly.

    Are you talking about the daily challenge coins? If so there's not really anything to spend them on. They are there more to track your progress towards different reward tiers (Bronze, Silver, etc.) Hope that helps, happy gaming!
