Program stops before puzzle starts

Hello! Have you tried restarting your computer, signing out of your account & back in, or reinstalling the game?

Ok, I see a pattern. There's a glitch. I complete a puzzle and quickly click Next before the Experience Points code starts and it skips to the next puzzle. Programming issue with the Next button code running before the EPs and Level advances. Thanks

Did the Xbox connect before or has this just started happening?

I have been having the same issues. I go to download a puzzle that I like and I have gold for, but once it starts to download it kicks me out of the program. When I open the program again I can see where it took the gold but it did not download the puzzle.
When I look at the puzzle that I tried to download it does give me the option to download again. When I try to download it again it kicks me out of the program again. I tired going through settings and resetting the app and still have the same issue.

Yes, the problem still exists. I have un-installed and re-installed the program twice. When the program re-installs, my current coins earned come back, but the "complete puzzles" do not. However, when I download one of the puzzles that I previously completed, each individual puzzle of that series shows it has already been completed. I work the puzzles at the "expert" level and have over 1,929,000 points earned. I have been using this game at least 5 years and enjoy it immensely. This problem started about two weeks ago after the latest Windows 10 automatic update.
