    I had a problem with the Gears of War 2 game in backward compatibility mode with the Xbox 360. We've been playing together, and at some point the game freezes and eventually closed. After that, when you try to log into the game with the profile, which played

    Apologies! From there tab two pages to the right and select 'Account Security', then you will see the option to 'Change the Microsoft Account' (this being the Windows Live ID).

    Sign into the account on your console, then go to settings and then select 'Account'. From there the first option is 'Windows Live ID', click this and change it to a new WLID.

    Hi there. What you need to do is change the Windows Live ID associated to the profile which was downloaded to your console. Once that has been changed try recovering your main account again, it should resolve the problem.
