Profile States Player Has Not Played Any Games = False

So playing WW11 and like to check others Profiles to Compare to Mine, yet on more than one Player I have noticed they are Master Prestige and yet there is no data to compare as it states "This Player has not played any games yet" . What is the Reason for
this nonsensical comment?

Can't even play offline on non owner profiles.

About 5 hours ago, my friend was able to log in to his profile and play while connected to the internet. His game of choice, not that it matters, was GUN, but he only played single player.

Now, we cannot connect. We've checked for corrupted content, cleared cache, tested connection. We get 80072ef3 error code, after it asks us to input email and password. When I start the console, my profile will be active, but offline. I get the same error
trying to connect to live, but at least I'm logged in offline.

However, no matter what we do, any attempt to sign in his profile insists it be done to/through live, so as such we are unable to even log in his profile in an offline state. Its only states seem to be 1) Not logged in or 2) Logged in online. It has no ability
to be run in an offline state. Why?

Repeat: the classification on your profile DOES NOT affect match making at this time.

The xbox one uses the reputation system to "smart match" players.

Not one member of microsoft has ever stated the 360 will become obsolete in 2017, phone support certainly would never tell any one that.

I never stated microsoft were not able to filter games using the profile info.

In addition to what Dadwhite stated. Every report is investigated. Players who falsely report someone will never get them banned.

As Hyrule has stated the licensing hasn't changed. As long as you aren't transferring licenses you can play the game at a friend's house under YOUR profile and anyone at your home console can play the same game at the same time under ANY profile.
