Profile sign-in takes ages after getting a new router, how do I fix this?

I connect to my xbox series x over ethernet.

I recently got a new router. I have 500MB internet.

When I boot my xbox, it prompts me to choose who to sign in (I have it set to auto sign-in my profile - there are 2 profiles on the xbox).

It then takes several minutes for it to sign either profile in (just spins and spins). After that, it can also take a few mins before apps load (e.g. YouTube), and it can randomly sign me out. But after the xbox has been on for about an hour, I don't really have issues at all, I don't know if it's taking ages to work out the network settings or something?

I don't have any internet issues on any other devices, whether wifi or ethernet, for example my PC is also wired and it connects to the internet immediately.

I've hard rebooted the xbox multiple times, likewise with the router.

Please can someone offer some advice?

However, I want to confirm. When you say hard reboot the Xbox, do you mean the next procedure?

"Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on."

If that's correct, may I know if something similar happens when you try to connect your console to a different Wi-Fi network?
You can verify this by sharing mobile data momentarily with your console.

May I know if you tried using a custom DNS on your console?

Follow these steps:
Go to console settings > general > network settings > advance settings > DNS settings > Manual

Use 1.1.1.1 as primary DNS and 1.0.0.1 as secondary.
Restart your console and verify if the inconvenience has been solved.

You can try with 8.8.8.8 as primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary DNS.

Additionally, I just want to confirm, may I know if you were able to test with a different Wi-Fi network?

Yes, to clarify, I've tried just the normal restarting the console, as well as completely powering down and removing the power cable for several minutes.

I've done this with both the xbox and router.
