Profile Showcase

My showcase is not working. It says it full but wont show any of the clips or screen shots. So I don't know what I have in my showcase. I have some great clips that I want to show but I cant. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's really annoying because adding things to the showcase isn't exactly a swift process only to have that time wasted. Why does the 360 still feel like the overall better console still?

Hey there, Renato EFDV! I'm very sorry to see that showcase isn't working! The issues that happened a few months ago have since been resolved, so let's see what you are running into.

Let's start with just simply power cycling your console, as this helps resolve most issues that users run into. Please hold the power button on your console for about 8 seconds, until it shuts off. Let it sit for a couple minutes, and then turn it back on.

If that doesn't help you out, please remove your profile and then download it again to your Xbox One.

I've had the same problem of not being able to view what is in my showcase as well. Anything I add will not display in the showcase and it will appear empty. I've noticed this problem for about 2 weeks now. My friend's showcase works perfectly fine, however.

How many days has it been since your last posting? For me it is 22 days as of now...
