Profile/save problem on xbox one x with x360 games

hello everyone.

I have a problem with xbox 360 games on my xbox one x. I have gta 4 and midnight club LA. Games does not see my active profile when I launch a game and I can not create a profile in both games.

How can I solve this problem? I can not sign in when I click “yes” . Sorry for my english. Hope you understand my problem

Small Question

I've got a friend who wants some help with Halo 4, If he takes his hard drive out of his x360 and puts it on mine will it take his gamer profile along with save games and let him sign into the gamer profile on my x360?

been trying to research it and it says you can recover or move your gamer profile but i don't have the x360 hooked up to the net and i'm looking for the single easiest way to help him on his gamer profile

Suddenly can't connect to LIVE - Error: 8015190E

Have had no recent problems with connectivity.

Was playing a game and was abruptly disconnected from Live after a while of successful play.

Now I cannot reconnect to Live.

I have tried various troubleshooting suggested by Microsoft and by well-rated forum answers:

• Cold reboot / power cable unplugged / router unplugged...
• X360 HDD cache cleared, multiple times.
• X360 profile removed, to be redownloaded (CAN'T!!)
• Removed updates (Settings>Storage>HDD - X, RB, LB, X, RB, LB, X)

Have also tried creating a new profile. Succeeds locally, but does exhibits the same error when trying to 'Join Xbox Live' or trying to 'Download Profile'. Can use the local profile to save games but cannot Join/Connect.

Please help!! I've so much to lose if I cannot get back to my seasoned profile.

 

Does the issue still persist? There was a Live services issue that should have been resolved now.

Unfortunately right now there are some issues with the Live servers that are being worked on by MS, however they should be resolved soon. I would continue to try during the course of the day and keep an eye on the Xbox site / twitter for updates regarding
the server issues. Hopefully they should be resolved soon!
