I think most likely someone who reported your profile must be from another country, because in another country the concept of nudity is different from the west.

As Xbox is in several countries it has to adapt to the rules of certain countries.

I don't know if that was it, I'm just giving a suggestion, but I suggest you change your profile picture to avoid further problems.

I am not sure but it might be for a change in the profile pic regulation rules

Hello! Don't worry. Xbox Enforcement team will look into the account to see if there was any violation of Xbox's rules and regulations! If he did not break any rules, the profile will not be ban.

Unfortunately, there is no feature similar to the one in the Xbox console. You will have manually regulate the volume of each app.

There is an app called EarTrumpet which can probably help regulate all your audio easily from the taskbar.
