Profile picture problem?

I tried changing my profile picture to a custom one multiple times and it used to only take minutes now it doesn't change and the picture I'm using is not bad at all so what's the problem. I've talked to many agents and they tell me to keep waiting but when its been 3 days and it still hasn't changed somethings up so I tried again and like i said before there is nothing bad with picture

Yeah It helped a lot I feel really stupid now the app didn't tell me the photo was not big enough so I changed it and ill try again tomorrow and see if it works thanks again for taking the time out of your day to help me.

I'm sorry to hear that you can't change your profile photo, to further isolate the problem. Have you tried changing your custom gamer skin using the Xbox app on mobile on a different mobile device? Or you could instead use a different Xbox profile and see if you can change it successfully using your Xbox app on mobile.

Please also check your account via https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to ensure you are free of any enforcement action.
