Profile picture error?

When I try to change my Xbox profile pic it says unable to upload picture right now try again later and I have been trying to for the past week but it still says the message,I even changed the picture I was using to see if that helped but it says that
message every time. Eventhough in the past I could change it easily every single time I did want to (before the message happened too)

Hi, as the previous speaker has already indicated. Microsoft had announced that due to the Corona crisis the services of XBOX Live and other Microsoft services will be cut. Uploading Custom Images is one of them

They’ve disabled them due to traffic from the pandemic. Check here for updates https://beta.support.xbox.com/

You can only use default ones from xbox until they re enable
