    Profile picture and gaming score


    I was wanting to play sea of thieves today but I couldn't connect to the server so I deleted my account off the Xbox one and readded my account and my profile picture was gone and I have 0G but when I look on the Xbox app my picture and everything is fine.
    I restarted the Xbox and deleted my account and put it back on but nothing is working. Can I get some sort of help?

    For the last couple days now my gamer picture and gamer score just disappears and says 0G I don't know what the problem is I don't know if it is my Xbox or Microsoft or anything else also when I'm on dashboard my avatar disappears some times dose any body
    know what is happening.

    Hi Lily! Sorry to hear about your profile shenanigans. Let's see if we can get this fixed for you.

    First off, I would recommend you delete your profile (profile only)

    Then, go ahead and clear your cache.

    Lastly, redownload your profile.

    I've had a few , with inappropriate pictures as well . No gamer score no games nothing .

    All you can do is report them and block unfortunately.
