    Anyone know where I got my gamer picture?

    Your gamer picture was one of the gamer pics that came with the 360 console. It was part of the "default" set of gamer pics that the console shipped with.

    Custom Gamerpics on xbox one please!!!

    You can now use achievement pictures or custom pictures as your background/theme now but I do miss the gamertag pics you used to get with games.

    Custom Gamerpic not updating for me; shows on Feed

    I have same problem. My custom profile picture changed. But now, anytime I sign in on the profile with the custom pic, I can't see it. I just see the default Xbox one I had prior to the change. But apparently everyone else sees my custom picture. Even
    when I sign into other profiles on this Xbox I can see the custom pic, but when I'm signed in on my main one, I don't see it. I remove my profile, power cycled, add my profile again, nothing. I see a snake profile picture on my Xbox, and on my PC, when login
    on xbox.com. But my friends see my custom profile picture (Bela Lugosi, Dracula).

    hey there, quick question are their profile pictures custom, or are they default? Once everyone including myself profile pictures were changed to the default ones that aren't custom. I didn't change mine either did neither did my friends I didn't worry about it as I thought it was just a weird bug. It eventually will fix.

    picture pack is a selection of images that you can choose to be a profile pic (instead of the default Live avatar that you create) it is not something to be used in a game only on your profile pic.

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Xbox live profile content.

    I recommend trying to
    remove and re-adding your profile
    on the Xbox     console to help re-align data to the servers.

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    Hey there Triclonz! What type of profile picture is it? If it's a custom profile pic, only your friends can see it. Also, how long ago did you update it? It can take some time for it to update on Xbox.com. It's not immediate. :)
