    Any custom profile pic need to be approved by the Xbox live enforcement team. So if the don't approve the pic, will not be applied to your profile

    No one here could tell you 100%. As long as it doesn't violate the community standards, it should be fine, but a good rule is, if you have to ask if it's okay to use, it's probably a good idea not to use it.

    You can change it whenever you'd like. you can change it through your profile on Xbox or you can download the Xbox app to your phone and do it from there. on the phone app, you can put photos up from your phone.
