Profile password. Lost

Go to a PC, then copy this link and paste it --- https://outlook.live.com/ ----- Click on log in, type the mail and click on next.

Click on (Forgot password?) and if when you created your son account you linked it with your email it will appear on the screen, click on the circle and it will say "confirm your email address" you put it and then if your account is linked to a phone and
you click on "Get code" it will send to you a code.

Then type the code on your screen and click on "accept" (or something like that) And you can put a new password to your child's email!

If you have still have problems go tho the Xbox Support.
