    Profile not what it should be!!


    When I went to xbox one it let me login bit it is not Big21Snipe like it should be it is some random created name by yall I am pretty *** off because I didn't have a lot of purchases on my account however I don't even have any friends or anything!! I have
    been a paying customer for quit some time now! Fix this issue or I will have to disable my membership!

    Not seeing what i should be

    First off i have to say i have no problem connection to live and logging in or staying connected my problem is what im seeing when playing live. an example of this is if im coming up on a corner and ADS before rounding and there is a guy there and i open
    up fire he never dies and than when it goes to replay it shows me rounding the corner before i was even there and not even fireing a shot at him. I dont know if this is lag or what the hell it is but it is getting annoying. another situation if im head to
    head with a guy and i open up fire first and empty half my clip and get hit markers he dont die i do than on replay it only shows me getting 3 rounds off. can someone explain this and does anyone else see this at all. i have changed out modem/router, tried
    different cables, so im starting to think its my ISP and before anyone jumps on my speeds. i have run speed tests and i am getting 25Mbps upstream/5Mbps downstream and around a 60ms ping (when i ping google) so can someone please help.

    Whos Your ISP Ive Had That Problem Try Updating Your Plan For your isp or find you default gateway and change the settings on the website

    I logged in to dedicated tuna on web browser because I got the emails mixed up, I changed the ID on the console. Well, if I rename + move an account to other ID, and the old ID still got the profile what wasn't renamed. I'm not sure when the changes were
    made, but I think the name change was before ID change.

    Okay, and at what point (and how) did you arrive at the Dedicated Tuna GT? It sounds like you changed the WLID on the console--did you then try signing in (perhaps accidentally) with the old WLID on Xbox.com? How did you discern that the old WLID, the one
    that had been changed, was tied to the free account? Lastly, when was the GT change made, specifically? How about the WLID change?

    This profile should not exist

    I managed to duplicate my account leaving a ghost one behind ( this one )

    So here is what I did

    1. Created a new account, it got named autlmatically

    2. Played for a while, earned some achievements

    3. Renamed to BigFlyingHammer

    4. Moved profile to another Live ID, achievements came with it

    So now, for some reason I have 2 profiles, other is my ACTUAL profile ( BigFlyingHammer ) and other is ghost one with no gamerscore ect ( this one )

    I assume point 3 and 4 failed
