    Ok yeah I have a question and no Idon't know how to even ask it. Been playing blackops 2 on 360 signed onto my profile on that 360 over a year had live gold membership played split screen multi-player online zombies with bf. It's his 360. So he buys a series S now o tried downloaded my profile to that and I went to join it first said guest are restricted from that action. Eventually got it to say sign onto xbox live . But says profile wasn't completely downloaded re download on Xbox live I tried that a nope . So kept playing on 360 though. And tried again on the series s well I can't even sign into it it says. Issues and I still have profile on his S. But won't let me do anything what the hell happened I'm about to be done with all this. But I need some kind of interaction with other people like my black ops 2 game he owns it it was downloaded onto his 360 he transferred it not on the cloud either he can still play but not me. Help or what should I make a new account. I also upgraded to the ultimate game pass few days ago just to ..try something new but nothing

    getting disconnected when starting a game

    when i try to download my profile, it stalls at my game info and then says xbox live profiles can't be downloaded. When i go to my storage it says my profile is corrupt, so i tried to delete just the profile but it came back saying this process couldnt be
    completed. Then i tried to delete the profile and items and that option worked, but it still won't let me download my profile. each time i try to download it, it either stalls at my game info, or won't even start to download.

    I Cannot Connect To Xbox Live

    It still won't allow me to download the profile because it says there is a system update available from Xbox Live, but I cannot connect to Live, therefore I cannot download the update. What should I do? Any help appreciated.

    I'm having the same problem. Won't let me connect to Live or download system update. Xbox says my profile and memory are corrupted. Don't know what to do. I've tried everything suggested.

    All of my Xbox360 games on xbox one wont connect to Xbox live.

    I am just now having this issue for the first time. A couple weeks ago I was able to play Halo Reach on my Xbox One but today, when I load it up, it won't connect to Xbox live. My Xbox One is on a wired connection - open NAT and all services good - however
    the "360" won't connect. I tried correctly hard restarting the console twice, clearing the 360 saved data, and playing other games but all have the same issue. The "360" cannot connect to Live. I also tried deleting my 360 profile like suggested in a number
    of forums but when I go to sign in and download the profile, it can't connect anyway in order to download the profile.
