Profile not available on other platforms

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that you can only have one Xbox profile under one Microsoft account which means that you need to use the correct Microsoft account for you to access your Xbox profile.

If you still have your old Xbox One you can check what Microsoft email address you may have used by following the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Under Profile & system, select Choose a profile.

3. Highlight your gamertag and gamerpic. The email you use to sign in will be listed below your gamertag.

Please do not include the email in this session for your security and privacy.

Because sea of thieves is not currently available at any other platforms and I love the game but hate the platform.

Ouch. Please try phone support at the number I posted above. Information is better communicated via voice sometimes. Be sure to give them the reference number you received from your chat.

Yep, got in touch with someone on chat and they told me once the trial content is deleted, it'll take 48-72 hours to revoke the licence. So, just need to wait a few days and all should be fine. Thanks for the reply.
