PROFILE NO LONGER AVAILABLE E:4F-0

Hi,

after start of mx Xbox One, FH4 can't load my profile. It gives me the following message:

- Profile you are trying to load is no longer available.
- Error code: E:4f-0

I tried the followings so far:

1. tried to use the local save in offline mode -> didn't work
2. deleted the local save, re-synced -> didn't work

I already deleted the saved game from the console as directed by the site, but when synchronizing the game took 2 hours, On completing 99% I received the message that could not sync with online, I am starting the process again. I believe the problem occurred
after the release of the new game Eliminator.

Submit a Ticket for team Forza.

A year playing, painting, has anyone had this problem on the console of XBOX ONE, I do not want to delete everything to lose the progress of the game, any solution to the problem, can recover a backup?

I've done it, simply, the answer was to delete all saved game, I found it absurd.

If you have this issue only with FH4 that means that's an in-game issue, so after contacting the game's dev support just wait for their answer.

Followed all the steps.but still the issue remain. The Forza profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Error code E:1047-0

Please help. how do I reactivate the profile in Forza?

Have you tried like this

Go to %LOCALAPPDATA% \Packages\Microsoft.624F8B84B80_8wekyb3d8bbwe and delete the whole folder (don't forget to go to recycle bin and THEN delete it)

Disconnect your internet

Launch the game

Play for a few minutes (its going to be a new game)

Go as far as when you jump out of the plane and drive the Bronco in the intial drive

Connect your internet

Close the game

Relaunch the game

It should give you a choice between local and cloud save: I Chose the local one (the new game) because I think the cloud save is corrupted

I reinstalled the game on my PC. Now it gives this error message on the launch screen: INVALID PROFILE: The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. For more information, please visit support, https://aka.ms/ForzaSupport Error Code E:1047-0. I went into the Advanced Options of the game in Windows 10 settings and Reset the local save game files in the hope that it would lead to the game creating a new save game file but that did not happen. Please help. Thank you very much.
