    Hey, I cant see any information about me on my rewards profile, it says I am a recruit on achievements but I have over 8.000 points. It says: OutwardRaindrop Member since: ??? and 0 games played. Thanks for support.

    Restoring profile information

    My profile information was completely wiped over a single phrase and I would like the information restored with said phrase removed. I don't remember any of the information on my profile and it took me a long time to get everything stylized correctly. How
    can I go about this?

    Your best bet is to contact xbox support. They might be able to help you get your email based on other security information but there is no guarantee.

    Since you just registered on the first of July, it takes two days to fully set up your account, as the website states once you send your registration. Your account has now been set up, and that information has been updated.

    Xbox Phone Support     for this matter and inform them you don't remember your WLID. Please make sure you have your address, Last four digits of the CC on File (If Applicable), Full name on the account, phone number, and possibly the answer to your secret

    Unless you wrote down what was in your bio etc. then you would have to try a remember i'm afraid.
