profile incorrect credentials

I can't download my Microsoft profile on my xbox 360. Every time i try, it says that there's a problem with my credentials or that my password didnt work. Is Live not supported on 360 anymore???

You my need to reset your password when is it telling you that your credentials are incorrect it is actually telling you that your password does not match your account

I have the same question. it is not letting me connect to xbox live within the 360 emulator when playing the backwards compatible version of modern warfare 2. only when I enter the game does it not connect to xbox live. this is extremely frustrating someone
help please. I cannot use wired connection either so that is not a solution. it doesn't let me download my profile either it says I have "incorrect credentials" even though they are certainly not incorrect.

When you try and download your profile on the 360 what does it say?

Your credentials are incorrect? in other words your password is incorrect?

Is it giving you any sort of error message?

Have you ever played online with that profile on the 360?

The 360s did not require you to have a MS account like the Ones do and you could have a local profile. If this is the case for your account then you would not be able to put your current MS account on that profile on the 360 you can put another one on there

Offline profile for 360s

I currently cannot access my GFWL profile from in game.

Error is "account does not exist or pwd incorrect" but of course I'm using the same credentials as in windows live / xbox live.

Recently I:

a) moved from Portugal to Switzerland

b) Reinstalled my PC

and of course it seems that GFWL was migrated to XBox Live...

Any Ideas?

Hmmmm, sounds like it could be another issue.

When it says that the credentials are incorrect, does an error code come along with it?

If there is an error code, what is it?
