profile incorrect credentials

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We understand you are having issues with downloading your profile on your Xbox 360 consoles. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.
Here are the possible reasons why you are unable to download your account on Xbox 360 console.

• There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.
  
• There's a problem with the security information for your Microsoft account.
  
• There's a problem with the Xbox Live profile that's stored on your Xbox 360 console.
  

We highly suggest trying these steps:
1. Check the Xbox status page.
If you see any services with alerts, expand the service, scroll down to Notifications, and sign in to receive a message when the service is up and running again.
2. Verify your Microsoft account security information.
Sign in to your Microsoft account.
At the top, select Your info.
Verify that your sign-in information is correct, and update it if necessary.
At the upper right, select your sign-in name, and then select Sign out.
At the upper right, select Sign in, and enter your Microsoft account credentials to sign in.
Try to sign in to Xbox Live again.
3. Clear system cache.
Press the Guide button  on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

1. Select Storage.
   
2. Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button  on your controller for Device Options.
   
   Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.
   
3. On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.
   
4. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
   

When you’ve successfully cleared the system cache, you’ll return to the Storage Devices screen. You can then press the Guide button  on the controller and return to Xbox Home then try again download your profile.

already cleared the cache but as I said this happening on 2 xbox360,s at 2 addresses and 2 different networks

no 2fa changed password less than 16 characters and profile works on series x fine

can make a new profile with a different email

don't think there is a problem with Xbox Live because this has been like this for several weeks and Xbox Live works fine on new profile

Thank you for responding and I know how you really want to get back to gaming with your Xbox 360 console. Upon checking my resources here, this error code may mean that there's a problem with the Xbox Live service, or that your Xbox Live account is failing to properly authenticate.
Since the Xbox Console is connected to Xbox Live, I recommend you try the following steps:

Change your subscription's recurring billing settings

1. Go to the Services and subscriptions page for your account:
   
   Services & subscriptions
   
   Sign in and locate the text to turn auto-renew either on or off for your existing Xbox subscriptions, such as Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Live Gold.
   
   If you have auto-renew enabled, you’ll need to go to where it says Manage for each subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew. After that, follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
   
   If you have auto-renew disabled, you’ll need to select Turn on auto-renew. After that, follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
   
2. After you’ve changed your auto-renew setting, try to sign in to your Xbox 360 or an Xbox 360 game via backward compatibility again.
   
3. Once you’ve successfully signed in, go through these steps again to change your auto-renew setting back to how you previously had it set, based on your preference.

You may also need to add a phone number on your Microsoft account to authenticate.

Based on the details you provided and the steps you have tried it appears that the issue is with the account and not the Xbox 360 consoles or the Xbox Live connection. To further isolate the issue, may I know if you get an error code when you try downloading your profile?
