Profile icon's not loading on Microsoft site,xbox and xbox app

Ive reset and everything still no luck. I don't see how it could be my console of the app is doing the exact same thing without having it connected to the console and the app does it on cell data or wifi. This has to be a Microsoft issue right?

From all indications it appears to be a server issue since it's happening on the Microsoft website as well. Give this a few hours and if it doesn't resolve it self, kindly reply this ticket.

This has been going on for a few days now atleast 6 or so

When was the ban lifted? Have you checked if you don't have another ban on your account? enforcement.xbox.com

About a week or two ago i got a "permanent ban" which was actually a com ban for like 12 days and after that I've had this issue

I'll recommend you refresh the profile by signing out of the console and signing back in.

To sign out;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

- Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Afterwards turn off the console and unplug it from the power source. Wait 2 minutes and plug it back in, then sign back into the console; You can sign in using the prompt or follow these instructions;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

- Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
