Discus and support Profile Gamerscore lower than it was. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I noticed that my gamerscore was lower than it used to be, I have no enforcement history that says anything about gamerscore being reset....     Profile Gamerscore lower than it was.


    I noticed that my gamerscore was lower than it used to be, I have no enforcement history that says anything about gamerscore being reset.

    gamerscore 2,000 lower than it should be

    I noticed my Gamerscore is at 66,260, when it should be at 68,245. Tried a system restart and even added up the achievement score on my list to see if it was correct and I was mistaken, still added up to 68,245. Support chat has no explanation for me
    either and has thus sent me here, really hoping someone in the community/someone who actually works for Microsoft can help me. Achievements are kind of dumb but my buddy and I compete in Gamerscore, one of the main reasons I play video games on Xbox so this
    is kind of a bummer.

    My Friend had the same issue, he said it went back to normal but mine didnt.

    It usually takes a few days. Some have said 3, but for others it has taken a little longer.

    Best thing to do for now is to give it some time. I've had issues with achievements in the past and they always usually sort each other out.

    Could be one of two things.

    Check your games & if it's only xbox 360 games that have been reset then it could be a Gamerscore reset for tampering.It should tell you if you log onto the enforcement site
    HERE if you have had any enforcement action on your account

    Or,if both xbox one & 360 games are missing Gamerscore then it's a glitch that occurs from time to time & it will sort itself out & you'll get your Gamerscore back within a few days.

    I've had the glitch in the past & lost 200k but it did sort itself out after a couple of days.
