Profile error on mobile device... please help!

Each gamer tag is tied to a unique email address. Since you're stating everything is wrong, you're most likely using the wrong sign in email address for your account.

Go back to your console, assuming that's where you see the correct Gamer Tag and such.

Go to Settings > Account > Sign in, security and passkey and you'll see the sign in email address there for the account you're currently signed into.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. Typically, this error will resolve after downloading the most recent Xbox PC app updates along with updating your Windows device. Most perks may also be redeemed with a mobile device if you are temporarily receiving this error.

To redeem perks via mobile, download the Game Pass app > log into your account > select your profile picture > "show all" under Perk.

If you are still receiving this error, please open a new thread.

It is not quite clear where exactly you are trying to login with your Microsoft account that leads to this error. The category you posted in is Xbox on mobile devices. Are you having trouble logging into the Xbox app for mobile? If so, is it an iOS or Android
device? Have you tried signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/?

Please give us more information on this login issue and if you have issues logging in anywhere else.
