    Profile color is green in party and profile color won't change if I try to change it.


    My profile color is purple but in the party it shows green. I have contacted Xbox three times now they have not been able to help. They told me to chat with the preview program consultants but I cannot find where I do that. If I try to change my profile
    color it will not change. Also if I try to change my personal name it does not change neither. Very very irritated for I have had an unbelievable amount of problems ever since I got my Xbox one 2 years ago

    Xbox profile not changing colors for anyone viewing my profile

    Hey guys, so I can change my profile to any color i want but no matter what i change the color too it still shows up the default green color for anyone else viewing my profile. I already tired doing a factory reset, restarting my console, shutting it down, changing
    the color on the app, removing my account and also tried logging into another xbox and changing my color, but that didn't work either. So if anyone has a possible solution to this please respond. I believe this issue was cause by the update because ever since
    my color won't change for anyone else viewing my profile but the default green, I wouldn't have complained about this but it doesn't help that i don't like the color green. Also causes my profile to have two different colors at the same time sometimes which
    is weird.

    Maybe I'm too sober but I have no clue what you're talking about. lol Your dash color changes when you're in a party? That sounds weird if that's true. #DatzKwazy

    Just change the option for color blind assistance. It will change your team and their team to different colors and the green will not match, so shoot the green.

    Oh yeah about Customizing i hope that we are going to have the choice to change the color pallet from that dull green to a nicer color.

    Hey there Mobinette!

    Odd that the colors are different from each other. I had to double check with my account that this wasn't normal. Can you try changing your profile color, remove your profile, power cycle your Xbox One (hold down power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts
    off), and then add your profile back to see if the colors match up? Let us know how it goes :)
