Profile and Game displaying wrong gamerscore

Hopefully I’m posting this in the right area as I was directed here by someone from chat support. I’m having an issue where my profile is displaying the wrong gamerscore and so is the video game Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus. I’ve already already tried deleting and
readding my profile to my Xbox and it didn’t fix the issue

Downloaded Xbox profile has incorrect gamerscore

I am having this same exact issue right now! I had to redownload my profile on my console and now my gamerscore is missing about 4000 points. My Xbox One/Xbox.com/3rd party websites are all displaying the correct gamerscore but not my 360. Did your problem
sort itself out? Or are you still having problems?

It does show this as well on Xbox.com

As far as I know, this doesn't happen on other profiles. I have seen my friend playing the same game on the PC and it correctly showed the game's title on his profile.

Some insight on where to find the update button in the Xbox app would be very helpful

I’ve looked at that survey, it’s more specified towards specific achievements and games my problem is my gamerscore is showing incorrectly. It’s stuck at a certain number and displaying incorrectly as is Wolfenstein 2 on my profile. For example wolfenstein
2 is showing as 360/1000 with 19 achievements on my profile achievement game list. If you actually click on the game specifically it shows I have 45 achievements for 875/1000 gamerscore but its not correctly showing that on my profile at all. As a result
both my profile and that game are showing incorrect gamerscore. I’ve tried every solution and was assured by both chat support and call support that a official support employee would help me here but I’ve yet to see a response...

 

It's just a glitch.It should resolve itself within a few days.

It's been happening to a few people,including me,with some games recently.

 

Man I hope your right, I have COD WW2 and Assassins Creed Origins just sitting here waiting to be played but im afraid to start them and start racking up more achievements with this going on. This is day 2 of this is issue and it hasn’t fixed yet.

 

I've had achievements pop up months after i'd unlocked them.

Personally I think not playing your new games just because of a glitchy achievement is a bit silly but it's entirely up to you.

Maybe it's because I was gaming long before achievements were a thing.

I wouldn't worry,it will unlock eventually.You other games will be fine.

 

The achievements are unlocked, it’s just not showing the proper gamerscore for the unlocked achievements on much profile or the game itself. If you go to my achievement it will show Wolfenstein 2 as having 360/1000 for 19 achievements but if you scroll
through the list you’ll see I have a lot more then that unlocked. I’ve had locked achievements never pop but never gamerscore drop and never return even after unlocking achievements after 72 hours. The only reason I havent played anything is I’m trying to
see if it will fix itself but it hasn’t yet.
