    today as i was about to subscribe to the xpox game pass pc beta i was met with a window saying i have to add a "profile address" (or smth, i dont have english in the launcher) however i can not change the country from united states. how do i proceed?

    Xbox Companion App Changed?

    Xbox updated their PC apps recently with the introduction of the PC Game Pass. They changed the name of the Xbox app to the Xbox Console Companion and there is another app for PC Game Pass now. I'm not sure if they changed anything in the console app other
    than that.

    Just to clarify, are you entering the console IP address and not you computer's IP address?

    This is till happening. Every time I try to start the game I get the error message about my profile no longer being available and to contact support.



    I am able to sign into the xbox app on my pc and into the Microsoft email address.

    My son doesn't see xbox ultimate game pass on his account

    You would have to sign into the xbox app on your profile to let him download games

    He has to be sig ed into the pc with his profile but not the xbox app

    HPWEVER he can't use cloud

    Hi, go to the system PC settings, apps looking for Xbox app then click Reset. Clear. Then re enter your profile
