    Hi!

    To change your profile picture, you will need to use the Xbox Companion App.

    Why is that always you suggestion?

    Anyway, if you notice when you go to change your gamer pic, you will get 2 options:

    Gamer Picture and Personal Picture.

    Your personal picture is only visable to you and your xbox live friends.

    Your gamer picture is visable to everyone else and is the only picture shown externally (ie on this site).

    Make sure to change your gamer picture to the one you want to see here and for everyone that isn't your friend can see.

    By the way, to change your picture:

    Press the guide button => Settings => Profie => Edit Profile => Gamer Picture and select the relevant option as mentioned.
