    Why the H#LL do we have to purchase a product to review it. If I research something and know its crap I obviously dont want to buy it but I'd love to leave a review that will inform others of what they might get. Do u expect me to purchase that just to warn others?

    Example-- devil may cry 5, "live action cut scenes" sounds awesome but is The most horrible garbage that I've ever seen. If I hadn't gone out of my way to research I would have paid 3.59 for absolute junk.

    I have a 10 year tenure with xbox at least. This is horrible for customers and I haven't even started with your a.i. chat bot which wants to talk about random crap when I ask simple questions! XBOX! I LOVE U! BUT I EXPECT A LITTLE BETTER!

    There are no commented reviews on the xbox website. It only uses the star system.

    Thank you Jawest, I figured that was probably it. I wish it was a more elaborate method. It would be nice to know why things were rated the way they were. I imagine from the xbox it would be a pain to have to write a comment so it could be an option. It
    would be pretty easy from the computer though to rate things and add a comment.

    Also keep in mind that pretty much all products reviewed have to be sent back. You rarely get to keep the item. You would still have to contact Microsoft directly about this

    I'm not sure but I think it works the other way. If someone wants to get their products reviewed they will contact you themselves, instead of you asking them for a free product.
