    Why does microsoft continually put out increasingly lower quality products at higher prices? Even the “top tier” products have a hopeful life span of MAYBE 4 months of use. And then support will lie to you and blow you off with the promise of return phone
    calls that never happen. If you dont want customers to remain loyal, you’re sure on The right track. I would LOVE to hear your scripted, disingenuous response or some form of expaination.

    If you want a quality well built product just buy Astros. I have Turtle Beach products as well but the Astros are a far better investment, in quality of construction and sound quality.

    I believe we live in a society where big corporate companies design products to brake so the consumer just replace and not stand up for what is right demanding quality products. We as consumers should drive a good product by selling it positive and bad
    quality should be made public so that that client feel it in the number of clients moving to the better quality products. That said we as consumers just accept it and keep on paying, creating a market for bad quality products.

    Sadly the only solution is to buy a product that is not a piece of *** from a company that cares about the quality of the product they sell.
