    Ive seen a lot of issues with the preorder of Halo Wars 2 digital were people are not receiving there Halo wars DE I was hoping it was a fluke an mine would download witch says it has but does not show up in my games now after spending 79.99 plus tax for
    a grand total of 86.00 an change im very disappointed not only with the Customer service's ability to Trouble Shoot but being pushed off to make a post in the forum ive been a loyal customer for years even tho Microsoft does not care i would hate to demand
    a refund for product not received let alone false advertisement i would appreciate it if i recieved a proper notification besides an auto post from what ive seen been happening or ill go ahead an call tuesday 01/24/17 an ask for my refund of the product

    Halo wars DE code not recieved

    I preordered the hard disk of halo wars 2 but found out I cant get the code for halo wars DE so I had to preorder digital just recently. OS could I please get a code?

    Hi there! you're right, I preorder a physical copy of the game, only because here in italy we cannot buy the limited edition in shops like Gamestop ecc.. so the only way to have it must be ebay or amazon.

    Halo Wars 2 not available to download on my PC even though it is already purchased on my Xbox

    It gets a bit complicated. If you have Gamepass then all should instal. The console will allow you to have Halo 5: Guardian, Halo Wars 2, Halo Wars De, Halo Spartan Assault and Halo MCC installed. The PC allows Halo CE, Halo, Halo Forge, Halo Wars 2,
    Halo Wars DE, Halo Wars Spartan Assault, Halo Wars Spartan Strike and Halo MCC to be installed.

    As for paying vs. free, the Microsoft Store should handle that. It might need resetting using a cmd prompt at admin level of wsreset. It takes a bit.

    I have had to uninstall and redownload MCC to get it to capture all, but it works!

    Let us know if you still have problems!

    Still waiting for my Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code

    If browse the Windows Store to Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition it says that I own this product. It lists Halo Wars Definitive Edition as belonging to this package. If I click that, it offers me to buy Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

    Clearly, that can't be right and something went wrong with the activation. Can you fix this?

    Unfortunately, it is in german, so let me guide you: Below Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition, it say "You own this product." ("Dieses Produkt gehört Ihnen."). There is a list of content of this package ("In diesem Paket"):

    Halo Wars 2 -> Installed

    Halo Wars: Definitive Editon -> Buy for 19,99 Euro

    Halo Wars 2 Season Pass -> Already owned.

    Thus, I own a product without owning all its included content.

    The Halo Wars 1 page looks like this

    It offers me to buy this game. While at the same time showing me packages with this product ("Pakete mit diesem Artikel"), that is the Ultimate Edition, which I "already own" ("Bereits erworben").

    That is clearly inconsistent. I should have access to Halo Wars. Please fix this.
