    Product Key doesn't work


    Hi there,
    I've received a used Microsoft Fligh Simulator X Premium Edition from a friend of mine as he won't use it any more. Unfortunately, during the istallation of the game, the Product Key provided is shown as already used and I've noticed only after that my friend should have disconnected that PK from his pc/ account.
    Unfortunately he doesn't have any more access to that PC as it was broken and under repairs. Would you suggest to me how to retrieve that Product Key so it can be used again or if is it possible indeed to get a new one for that game?

    I'll really appreciate some help as it will be a shame to not be able to use any more the game.

    The key can only be used once. Since you want to play the game, you will have to purchase a product key yourself, as keys cannot be deactivated and reused or transferred from one account to another.

    Please attempt to download the game by following these steps, please let me know if they worked for you or if you encountered any other difficulty:

    1. Open the Xbox app on your PC.
    2. Sign in with the account you used to redeem the Flight Simulator redeemable code.
    3. Go to “Library”, it's located in the left pane.
    4. The game should be listed there if you're on the correct account, then just click on it and click “install”.
